Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, and marketing principles to create compelling visuals for both print and digital media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience in branding, social media design, and marketing collateral creation.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for advertisements, branding, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Create logos, illustrations, infographics, and promotional content that align with the company’s branding strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging social media posts, email templates, and digital banners.
• Design UI/UX elements for websites, mobile applications, and landing pages.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry standards to create fresh and innovative designs.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different formats and platforms (web, mobile, print).
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers and production teams to ensure high-quality printing and output.
• Maintain and organize a design asset library for easy access and updates.
