Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Evantec IT. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience for our clients' web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and transform insights into actionable design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesive branding and usability.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the design process.
