We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager – Manufacturing to support production efficiency, quality control, and supply chain operations at our manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing, production management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze production reports and implement efficiency strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Work closely with production managers and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control standards and ensure all products meet company and industry regulations.
• Optimize inventory levels, raw material procurement, and supply chain coordination.
• Implement lean manufacturing processes to improve production timelines and minimize waste.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
• Train and support factory workers to enhance productivity and maintain operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Assist in handling maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of production machinery.
